​Title: Online Gaming Customer Support Officer

What you will do:

• Reply inquiries by Email and Livechat in Japanese

• Check information with multiple software

• Liaise with the oversea department in Japanese and English.

* Working hours are 8 hours with a shift system.

* During the 2 months training period, the 1st month you will work from 1pm to 8pm.

* Our office is in Wan Chai.

Salary and benefit

• start from HKD18K 

• MPF, Medical insurance and public holidays

• could be your sponsor of working visa of HK depending on each case

• With an experience of working as customer service officer

• Knowledge with how to use a computer

• Responsible on the job we give

• Punctual and cheerful

• Proficiency in Japanese and English
