Job description        Customer service team leader <Hiring freeze>

Employment status  Full time

Work shift               Morning or Night (Meal break for 1hour)

Job duties

・Create email responses for customer inquiries
・Supports live chat
・Confirm system is operational
・Troubleshoot issues
・Attend meeting
・Report to board member

Application conditions

・Japanese nationality required
・Basic conversational English
・Previous customer service lead experience is preferred
・Experience providing reports and status updates
・Demonstrated data analysis skills
・Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills             

Salary                     $25,000〜$30,000

Benefit         ・MPF ・medical insurance・double pay

Visa                        PR holder preferred、Visa sponsorship (Applicants with IT work experience)

Office location            Wan Chai (Hong Kong Island)
