Work shift Morning or Night (Meal break for 1hour)
Job duties
・Create email responses for customer inquiries
・Live chat support
・Confirm system is operational
・Troubleshoot issues
・Report to board members
Application requirement
・Japanese nationality required
・Basic conversational English
・Previous customer service leader experience is preferred
・Experience of providing reports and status updates
・Demonstrated data analysis skills
・Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Salary $25,000〜$30,000
